At KawaStitch (owned and operated by Kawaprint LLC), we want you to be completely delighted with your unique, hand-stitched items. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly 30-day return and exchange policy for our customers in the United States.
1. Return Window & Eligibility

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your physical item to request a return or an exchange.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be Brand New only (unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it). It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required to process your request.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@kawastitch.com right away. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees
We believe in a stress-free shopping experience, which is why returning items to KawaStitch comes with no hidden costs:

Return Shipping Cost: FREE. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. You just need to download, print, and attach it to your package.

Restocking Fees: $0.00 (No cost). We do not charge any restocking fees for processing your returns or exchanges.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

If your request complies with our 30-day policy, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed mailing instructions.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
5. Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size, color, or alternative design. Once we receive and inspect your original brand-new item at our warehouse, we will process and ship out your replacement piece with no extra shipping charges.
6. Refund Processing Time

Inspection: Once your return package is delivered to our address, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original, new condition. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved.

Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Delays: Please remember that it can take additional time for your credit card company or bank to process and post the transaction to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@kawastitch.com.
