Because our premium embroidered and handmade products (shoes, bags, clothing) are crafted with meticulous care, they take time to create. We are committed to transparency and want to ensure you know exactly when to expect your soulful pieces.
1. Order Processing & Transit Time
Since our products are crafted with the "slow-made" movement philosophy, every order goes through two phases: Handling (Made-to-Order) Time and Transit (Delivery) Time.

Handling Time (Made-to-Order): 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time our artisans need to hand-stitch, inspect, and package your unique items.

Transit Time (Delivery): 8 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday) via standard reliable carriers.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can generally expect your beautiful handcrafted items to arrive within 13 to 19 business days from the date your successful order was placed.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer a flat shipping rate to make your shopping experience simple and straightforward:

Standard Shipping Fee: $6.99 for all orders within the United States.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been carefully stitched and shipped out, you will automatically receive a notification email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
4. Shipping Address & Order Modifications
Please double-check your item preferences, sizes, and delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

Modifications: To maintain high fulfillment speed, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been processed into production.

Wrong Address: KawaStitch (Kawaprint LLC) is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
5. Holiday Shipping Delays
Please note that during peak holiday seasons (specifically between November 25th and December 25th), high mail traffic volume globally may cause carrier delays. We highly recommend placing your holiday gift orders well in advance to ensure they arrive on time.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on all unused items within 30 days after you receive your package.
